Personal accounts were created for all persons who submitted applications in the old permit system and have valid permits (consent) according to the e-mail address specified in the applications. There are permissions (consent) associated with the account by email address. You will log in to the account after changing (creating) the password. Click on "Forgot password?" and log in via the link received in the password reminder e-mail.
